Shipping Costs:

• Free shipping in Poland for purchases from 50 zł
• Free international shipping on purchases from 150 zł

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. Costs may vary depending on the location and the chosen shipping method.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order placement. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time:

Domestic (Poland): 2-5 business days
International: 7-21 business days

Tracking Your Shipment:

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Changing the Shipping Address:

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.

In-Store Pickup:

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup for orders.
